24 Hours of approved Continuing Education hours are required every two years, to renew your four year license. Of those, you must have at least 3 hours in each of the following categories: Real Estate Legal Issues, Contract Law, Agency Law, Commissioner's Standards, Disclosure, & Fair Housing Issues. The remaining 6 hours can be additional hours from the above categories, or they can be General hours (which are not a required category), or up to 3 hours of Self Improvement (also not a required category).
